Eve’s Fire in Reelspirit DC: Spiritual Film Festival 2005
Eve’s Fire will screen at Reelspirit DC’s Spiritual Film Festival 2005. Reelspirit DC is a spiritual cinema group leading the way in the Washington area by recognizing and promoting the genre of spiritual films. After an October screening of Eve's Fire Reelspirit’s director Harry Wilkinson stated, “The message of this film came through very clearly: ‘We are the ones that we want!’” Eve’s Fire will be screened at 5:30 on Saturday January 29th. Immediately following the screening at the Spiritual Film Festival join Kirsten D'Andrea Hollander, co-director of this evocumentary for an hour of deepening into the process of Sacred Witnessing -- the very process that made it possible for the women in Eve's Fire to share their raw beauty with great courage.
This one hour workshop called “Love, Courage, and Eve’s Fire,” will give women a toe in the very deep waters of Sacred Feminine community and a chance to directly experience the abundance of Love and Courage in one's own Heart. Teleconferencing: A New and Powerful Way to Connect
As more women from all around the country are finding The Temple of the Sacred Feminine, teleconferencing is becoming a powerful new way to connect, witness one another, and do our inner-work. While in-person gatherings are very beautiful and satisfying and have their unique benefits, teleconferencing also has its own gifts. It offers a reminder that separation is only apparent: it is possible to feel deeply tuned in and connected as a circle of women via telephone and email meetings. It calls for a different kind of attention and focus, and in some ways heightens capacities to listen, feel, intuit, and “read” the field of the group and each participant. It’s not so different from situations where, when one sense is disabled, the other senses heighten in their sensitivity. The work of a teleconference is supported by group email sharing of discoveries, questions, challenges, revelations, prayers, and asking for support.

Over the past month our tools for awakening, Eve’s Fire and Meditations from a Women’s Mystery School, have been purchased off of our web site by people from all over the United States and in Australia and India. In the past year Eve’s Fire has gone to South Africa, Czech Republic, Japan. Word of Eve’s Fire and of the Temple of the Sacred Feminine is spreading rapidly by word of mouth and by the internet. Many women are contacting us expressing their joy at finding a community of women dedicated to the Sacred Feminine.
Eve’s Fire quickens the longing for deep connection to the Feminine and Meditations from a Women’s Mystery School Vols I & II share the deep work of calling on the Sacred Feminine and Bright Inner Masculine archetypes for support and guidance.

Temple of Sacred Art announces Winter and Spring Events
TOSA is a place to study art but it is not just an art class. TOSA offers an amazing journey into the various realms we travel as we create. One way we navigate these realms is by holding intention in one hand and technique in the other hand. They come together to birth vision. Drawing and painting skills are not required. These skills naturally emerge via this exploration.
At the Temple of Sacred Art (TOSA) we explore techniques to connect with the senses and ignite our creativity. We learn how to “draw from” the wellspring of personal and archetypal images that live in the very cells of our bodies. Experiential processes such as invocation, sacred witnessing, guided meditation, journal writing, humor, breath work, movement, drawing, painting and gratitude pave the path of our journey.
Group Sessions begin January 25 at Ocean Haven Studio in Baltimore. One Day Intensives, The Mysterium Coniunctio Series, focusing on the archetypes will begin in February at the Sophia Center. Private Sessions are also available. For more detailed information email kirsten@dangerousoldwomen.com
Boulder Temple Group Stepping into the Field
In November, The Temple of the Sacred Feminine opened its doors to its first Temple group in Boulder, CO, guided by Sheila Foster. A second Boulder group will be forming soon. We are seeing how the immense field of consciousness created in Maryland over these last 17 years has carried over into Boulder. The women now stepping into the Field are experiencing an accelerated awakening process and deepening supported by the healing and awakening work done within the original Maryland community. There truly is no separation. Kate Parrish, a long-time member of the Maryland community, is now in Boulder, and serving as Apprentice to that group. There will also be a winter screening of Eve’s Fire in Boulder – please check the calendar for the date and place.
